The Splenic Center in the Human Design System represents our oldest awareness center that communicates existential safety in the present moment. You can think of it as a warning system. Although splenic hits are subtle compared to the emotional energy of the solar plexus or the chatter of our mental stream of consciousness, splenic hits are not as subtle as you may think. The task is to get familiar with how they show up for you, and then to trust them, no matter how crazy they may seem to your mind.
