Regenerating the Sacral Center with the Right Work

The Human Design System reveals that 70% of the world’s population are generators, and are designed to find work that brings satisfaction – the type of work that doesn’t feel like work at all. The key to finding that satisfaction in work is to trust the sacral response. When generators do work that they have energy available for, they not only experience satisfaction but they also regenerate their energy and maintain their health and well-being. When they push themselves to do work they’re not designed for they experience frustration and degeneration. In this video I share a personal story of meeting a generator artist who still maintains his health into his late 80s by doing work that he loves.
