About the New School of Human Design

There’s a fractal ready for a new transmission of Human Design — an approach that is clear, practical, and embodied. It’s time for an educational program that accommodates and encourages differentiation, an approach that doesn’t merely educate the mind but also supports the body’s deconditioning and integration. We’re not pop HD, and we’re not the pedantic legacy schools, we’re the New School of Human Design.

James Alexander

Founder, Director of Education

As the Director of Education at NSHD, my commitment is to provide the best Human Design education possible. My design naturally expands, clarifies, and refines the system. The Analyst Training and Deconditioning Support Program is the Human Design education I always wanted — a program that honors both leftness and rightness, the need for theory and practice, lecture and experience, mental stimulation and embodied guidance.

In our curriculum you can expect grounded, tested, innovation that brings the reality of the system home in relatable ways. My priority is both a clear, precise, transmission of the system, but also a transmission that is balanced with care and support for the students undergoing their own deconditioning process.

Teresa Brenneman

Director of Community

As the Director of Community at NSHD, my mission is to help create a supportive space for honesty to emerge. I know how much support it takes to navigate deconditioning. Through my lens, the experiment isn’t meant to be done in isolation. We need exploration, reflection, conversation, and community with people who can walk this path with us.

When we started the New School of Human Design, it wasn’t just about teaching the system — it was about evolving it.

At the core of this school is a commitment to honoring the full spectrum of how we take in and process life without trying to fit everyone into the same framework. I had a desire to weave in somatics because understanding your design isn’t just about information; it’s about how it lands in your body, how it shapes your choices, and how it feels actually to live it.

If you’re here, you’re probably not looking for someone to tell you what to do. You’re looking for tools, perspectives, and a space to explore what’s correct for you. This school is for those who want to engage with Human Design in an embodied way that feels alive, dynamic, and true to their differentiated process.

Deniz Üçok

Creative Director

As a graphic designer and Human Design student, I value visual clarity that supports learning comprehension. Human Design is multifaceted, and often taught in fragmented ways that make it hard to grasp connections and see the holistic picture. This fragmented approach may be more acceptable to the Left mind but doesn’t usually serve Rightness. From a graphic design standpoint, Rightness thrives on visuals that support a discovery of connections without the distraction of decoration.

My mission at NSHD is to supplement the holistic educational approach with visuals that convey these connections and enhance the students’ comprehension. I honor traditional forms and colors while embracing a modern aesthetic, as my right mind necessitates clear graphics and visuals that don’t detract from the message. My hope is to create simple and effective teaching supplements that support your journey as reliable resources, proving to be valuable for years to come.
